A Mosque Rooted in Faith, Driven by Service

The Mosque of Aylmer is a charitable, non-profit organization dedicated to serving the Muslim community of Aylmer and the broader Gatineau region. It is more than a place of prayer – it is a welcoming hub where families, youth, and individuals come together to worship, learn, and support one another.

Since its establishment, the mosque has worked to maintain an open, accessible space rooted in the teachings of the Qur’an and the Sunnah. Through daily prayers, Jumu’ah, Ramadan programs, weekend schools, and community initiatives, the mosque seeks to nurture faith, strengthen families, and foster a sense of belonging for all who attend.

Looking ahead, the Mosque of Aylmer is committed to building a strong, future-ready community centre that will better accommodate growing numbers, expand educational programs, and provide dedicated spaces for youth, women, and community activities. This vision is driven by the belief that a vibrant mosque is at the heart of a healthy, confident Muslim community.
